For each type of article, the journal emphasizes research that makes substantial contributions to understanding psychological processes relevant to human attitudes, cognitions, and behavior in organizations.Īs implied by its title, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes spans a broad spectrum of topics that address psychological and cognitive aspects of organizational behavior. The journal features articles that present original empirical research, theory development and methodological advancements relevant to the substantive domains served by the journal. INTRODUCTION Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes publishes fundamental research in organizational behavior, organizational psychology, and human cognition, judgment, and decision-making. Preregistered Studies: The manuscript reports all deviations from the original plans for any preregistered studies, either within the narrative of the main text or in the form of a table in the Supplementary Materials. Linked Materials: All links to external sources for data and materials (e.g., pages hosted by the Center for Open Science's Open Science Framework) are accessible (i.e., not locked) and anonymized (e.g., by using a view-only link). Double-Blind Review: The manuscript contains no information that can identify the authors neither in its main text, Supplementary Materials, or linked resources (e.g., OSF pages). Sample Size Determination: The manuscript indicates how the participants were sampled for each study, including whether the results catalyzed additional data collection.
